Professional Planning, Day of Coordination & Officiant

We got you. Work with a dedicated Tops’l Farm event professional for the duration of your planning – taking care of all the basic support needs for your no-fuss (but epically gorgeous) wedding on our farm. Over the years we have developed a professional planning process that is unparalleled in Maine – allowing you to enjoy the process and be able to land here relaxed and supported. This also includes your dedicated weekend team who will create and manage timelines, layouts as well as securing your officiant for a short, sweet ceremony!

Preferred Vendor List, Vendor Management + 1 Hour of Photography

We have vetted the best in Maine and will share our favorite “Friends of the Farm” list with you should you need any additional support. Our team will even handle vendor communication so you don’t have to worry on your big day! We also include 1 hour of photography with one of our favorite photographers. More time can always be added!

Basic Rentals, Event Lighting, Audio + Vintage Decor

Everything you need for a gorgeous affair. All seating, basic furniture & dinner rentals, custom farm tables, tableware, linens, cloth napkins for the reception, and access to our décor closet (Vases, Brass Candlesticks, Votives, Lanterns, Bar Sign Design, Menu Design). We also include cloth napkin rentals for reception, event lighting, audio hookups, and a microphone for you. A few less things to worry! The only thing our couples typically bring in are flowers for simple table arrangements and of course, your Maine-Chic wedding outfits!

Farm + Sea Catering

All “No Stress” packages include a Welcome Event, Reception and Farewell Brunch. You came here with all your people - make sure you have ample time to celebrate with them! Our seasonal reception menu from the best of what’s around will be curated to include cocktail hour snacks, family-style salad and entrees; all sourced locally and made in-house by our esteemed culinary team. Please see our menus for each season below! We will work with you to find out what your aversions are and allow our culinary team to curate the details based on seasonal availability.

Catering Budgets & Minimums. $15,000 Catering Minimum. We can discuss removing certain events from your weekend if you do not wish to have them.

Bar Service

Our seasonal beverage offering will delight your guests with carefully chosen house-made cocktails, mocktails, natural & biodynamic wines, and craft Maine beers. Our all-inclusive package covers all the drinks, staff & gratuity - no need to worry about final bills! Simply share your preferences & dreams and we will create a bar service that will create the vibe for the most joyous celebration!

Lodging

A 3-night stay in our Queen Suite Cabin is included in this package - all other locations are to be booked by your guests directly. 

Floral Stipend

We include a $250 stipend toward your floral budget as a little add-on! Florals can be expensive, let us cover a portion of the cost, or at least the bridal bouquet and boutonniere!

Access to Our Event Planning Dashboard, CAMP

We make planning a breeze with our custom event planning dashboard, CAMP. We will get you set up on the platform and teach you the ins and outs so you can maximize efficiency and communication with Team Tops’l.

Parking

Some venues charge extra for parking or don’t have accessible parking available. We do! The best part? It is built into the cost of the package. Easy for you and your guests!

The Details

  • Larger Capacity Events: Dinner Events over 80 do require the rental of an additional tent & bathroom and are not included in the above costs. We are able to host events of up to 150 for an additional site fee of $1000.

  • Welcome/RD Events: A 3-hour rehearsal dinner/welcome event can be included for an additional cost of $170 per person (includes food, beer/wine/na, staff, all rentals, private use of Event Barn, setup/cleanup, gratuity & tax).   

  • Farewell Brunch: Our Keep it Simple Bagel Brunch can be included for an additional cost of $45 (includes food, NA breakfast beverage service, staff, all rentals, private use of Event Barn, setup/cleanup, gratuity & tax).   

  • Catering Minimums: Additional events are not required if a reception is planned for 75+. Due to catering minimums, we do require a conversation about catering minimums during certain months of the year.

  • Guest Lodging: Please note that guest lodging is NOT included in the package and a full property buy-out is required for all events.
