Take a Look Around

We have taken great care to preserve our Maine roots while creating new, inspired spaces for the ultimate enjoyment of our 83 acres.

Getting to Tops’l

We are located 1.5 hours from the Portland International Jetport and 3 hours from Boston Logan Airport. We are tucked between two picturesque coastal towns on Maine’s MidCoast, Damariscotta and Rockland.

The Event Barn

Event Space • 130 capacity

Our newly constructed event barn, nestled in the pastoral setting of Tops’l Farm, is an idyllic spot for a group gathering on Maine’s stunning Midcoast. The impressive space boasts heritage post & beam construction & materials, yet is balanced by a fresh approach on design and overall aesthetic. For groups of up to 130, the barn and porch space can be utilized for weddings, parties, meetings, meals & more. Please note that for all groups over 80, we do require an additional tent space for weather contingencies.

Riverside Yurt

Event Space • 36 dinner capacity *

One of the most unique locations and structures at Tops’l Farm is our Riverside Yurt. A lovely hike takes you through a fern swathed path to the Medomak River on the eastern border of the property, where we have created a space for groups to gather in our woodland 24’ yurt. With a large fire pit, outdoor bar, custom Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and lighting from candle and oil lamps, the options are endless for use of this space.

*Available for dinners during the summer/fall season only.
