Our Offering
Located just 2.5 hours from Boston and an hour from the Portland Airport, Tops’l Farm offers lodging for groups ranging from 4 to over 35, with complete buyouts available. Guests can enjoy chef-prepared meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, made with ingredients sourced from Tops’l and local farms and fisheries. The property spans 83 acres and features multiple diverse meeting spots perfect for group huddles.
Bar service focuses on natural wines, craft beers from Maine, and foraged cocktails. A concierge service is available to plan and organize activities such as group yoga, yard games, cocktail foraging, outdoor movies, BINGO, and off-property excursions. Additional amenities include lawn games, outdoor seating, firewood, decor items, excellent Wi-Fi in meeting areas, and audio equipment.

We have a wide variety of options for your group of up to 30 (depending on sleeping configurations & needs). Our Farm Cottage, Farmhouse & Cider House properties, and Woodland Cabins boast simplistic but thoughtful furnishings, plenty of outdoor space, and places to meet as a group.
For larger groups, full service hotels in Camden & Rockland are just minutes away.
