A Custom Wedding Means:
Full availability of our catering & beverage menus.
When you customize your special day at Tops’l, you have access to our full catering & beverage menus (see below!). You will with with our event team directly to select your menu and create the culinary experience you’ve always envisioned. We do have a catering minimum of $15,000 for a weekend - this can be a Welcome Dinner + Reception + Farewell Brunch combo for smaller events or simply the Reception for larger events. We are the best fit for couples who want to lean on all our services for a full weekend celebration - just parking the car and staying put for 2-3 days!
Research & booking of all outside vendors.
Tops’l Farm will provide a list of all of our favorite vendors and friends of the farm to help make your day unique and exactly what you are looking for. All vendor contracts and decisions will be up to you - and as part of our support will happily guide them through the established timelines on the big day.
Day of Wedding Planner (included)
As part of our Event Fee we include a DAY OF Event Support package to manage your outside vendors on the day of, manage setup & cleanup of decor, and create & manage timelines before your big day. As our venue is full service with so many aspects in-house, our team is the best equipped to bring all of the peices together in a seemless and cohesive way. If you would like to add a design package to your event - please let us know. We LOVE a good mood board and can discuss the additional investment for this support.
Additional outside rentals.
When you opt to customize your wedding, you will have the ability to bring in outside rentals as you would like! Tops’l will provide a full list of included rentals available for you (there are many!) when we begin our planning together - some will have additional costs, others are part of our Event Fee.

The Details
Larger Capacity Events: Dinner Events over 80 do require the rental of an additional tent & bathroom and are not included in the above costs. We are able to host events of up to 150 for an additional site fee of $1000.
Welcome/RD Events: A 3-hour rehearsal dinner/welcome event can be included for an additional cost of $170 per person (includes food, beer/wine/na, staff, all rentals, private use of Event Barn, setup/cleanup, gratuity & tax).
Farewell Brunch: Our Keep it Simple Bagel Brunch can be included for an additional cost of $45 (includes food, NA breakfast beverage service, staff, all rentals, private use of Event Barn, setup/cleanup, gratuity & tax).
Catering Minimums: Additional events are not required if a reception is planned for 75+ OR you are interested in a wedding off-peak. Please inquire.
Guest Lodging: Please note that guest lodging is NOT included in the package and a full property buy-out is required for all events based on the seasonality of lodging options.
