Sowing Seeds of Self

As the Maine landscape awakens in spring, we invite you to join us for 'Maine Bloom,' a retreat designed to cultivate personal growth and renewal. We'll explore the parallels between nature's resurgence here on the farm and our own potential for transformation. Beyond yoga, sauna, nourishing food, and massage, our Friday guest, Kristine Steinberg - expert holistic life coach - and our in-house mindfulness teacher, Jess Nelson, will lead guided meditation sessions and discussions to enhance inner clarity throughout the weekend. Engage in thoughtful dialogue and collaborative visioning sessions, as we collectively define pathways toward a future imbued with personal promise. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to pause, reflect, and sow the seeds for a more intentional and fulfilling journey, amidst the serene beauty of Tops'l Farm.
