Please be mindful not to park in front of our barn doors.
There are 3 parking spots on the tar driveway area. It is also ok to park on the lawn between the driveway and the large oak tree. If there are more than TWO cars in your party, please unload and then park your additional cars across the street in the Event Barn parking lot (or along the camproad). -
We do allow well-behaved pets in the Farmhouse, Farm Cottage, and Cider House for an additional fee. Please no pets on furniture and please please pick up after your pet while walking in the mowed lawn areas and paths. If the business is done in the woods, no need to pick it up!
Also, we do have farm animals on site and request that your pup be on leash when around their homes. -
If you need to empty trash or recycling during your stay, please bring your garbage around the back of the potting shed which is attached to the barn attached to the farmhouse! Just head toward the little red cottage and ‘round the corner. You will see several garbage bins here. Returnables can be collected in a clear trash bag and left on the ground by the trashcans.

1. Throw away any food items from the fridge and freezer. Wipe down the refrigerator if it is really dirty.
2. Collect all trash & make sure it is bagged and in the garbage cans outside behind the potting shed. Cardboard can be left in the kitchen.
3. Returnable cans/bottles are the only recycling item. Please bag those separately in the clear plastic bags and leave near the garbage bins by the potting shed.
4. Do one final wipe of the kitchen counters.
5. Load and run the dishwasher – no dishes left in sink or in the refrigerator.
6. Strip all beds that were slept in and collect just the sheets and dirty towels. Please leave in a pile by the laundry/in the sunroom.
7. Check drawers to make sure no valuables are left behind…we get lots of requests for left behind items and it is a huge help if you can make sure you have everything you came with!
8. Shut all the doors, windows and refrigerator door
9. If the heat was on, please set all thermostats (there are several throughout the house) to 60 degrees.
10. Turn off all lights
11. If you have moved outdoor furniture, please set back in place.
12. Please make sure the doors are shut and locked.
