Professional Planning
We got you. Work with a dedicated Tops’l Farm event professional for the duration of your retreat planning – taking care of all the basic support needs for your group event on our farm.
Over the years we have developed a professional planning process that is unparalleled in Maine – allowing you to enjoy the process and be able to land here relaxed and supported with your group.
Preferred Collaborators
We have vetted the best in Maine and will share our favorite “friends of the farm” list with you should you need any additional support. Archery? Cocktail Foraging? Massage? Let us know what might make your gathering super special and we will help you pull the details together.
All the Things
Sure, you could simple just rent a fancy Air BNB and bring everything in yourself. Or you could show up and just get straight to the magic. We have everything here for the most epic experience - all seating and custom farm tables, tableware & decor, AV/projectors, various spaces for small group breakouts. Just let us know what your specific needs are and if we don’t have it, we likely know how to get it for you.
Catering
Seasonally inspired food from our in-house culinary and beverage staff. Our pricing includes all meals for your event, afternoon coffee/tea & snacks, gorgeous food that will have your group raaving for weeks to come. Our professional culinary team can work with dietary preferences and allergens as well and will secure all information prior to arrival.
Bar Service
Our curated seasonal beverage offering will delight your guests with carefully chosen house-made cocktails, mocktails, natural & biodynamic wines, and craft Maine beers. Pricing includes bar & beverage service each evening for 2 hours. Additional hours are possible for a custom quote.
Lodging & Gathering Spaces
The whole darn place is yours. For our retreat packages you will be the only groups on the farm for the ultimate in exclusivty and relaxation. Explore our fields, farm & forests and plan group connection in any number of gorgeous gathering spots here on the farm. During our planning process we will discuss the format that will suit you best, create timelines around meals and suggest the best way in which to organize yourself in our spaces.

The Details
Timeline: We will offer a base template for a 2 or 3 day event around meals for you to modify to suit your group needs.
Event Gratuity & Taxes. Included in our overall pricing.
Activites. All (optional) activities will incur additonal costs
Group Minimums: From May-October we do require a minimum of 15 guests for a property takeover on the weekend.
Guest Lodging: Farmhouse, Farm Cottage & 11 Woodland Cabins are included in our overall pricing. Please review our Property Tour page for specific lodging configurations. As a note the Cider House is not included in the base pricing but can be added upon request.
