Our thoughtfully curated selection of small producer wines, beers, and signature cocktails—crafted from foraged ingredients and garden-grown botanicals—sets our bar service apart. Each drink reflects the changing seasons of Maine, bringing bespoke flavors and personalized touches to your event. We collaborate closely with you to ensure every sip feels as special as the first toast, leaving your guests with lasting impressions and unforgettable moments.

From house-made juices and bitters to infused spirits and small-batch liqueurs, our offerings support organic growers, small producers, and innovators in the industry.

If you have chosen the DESIGN YOUR DAY wedding package pick your favorite drinks & fill out your beverage form in CAMP with these specific selections. We will craft a specific proposal based on these choices.
If you have chosen the NO STRESS NUPTIALS package, fill out your form with what generally appeals (and what you DON’T want to see) and we will take this into consideration when pulling together your final menu in advance of your event.Variety: Typically, we suggest 2 signature cocktails, 3 beers, and 4 wine varietal

Accurate guest counts and event times are essential for the right flat fee pricing.

If you have chosen the NO STRESS NUTPIALS your hosted bar is a flat rate per person & includes a menu based on your described preferences but will be up to our team to craft a lovely menu based on the seasonal menu offering that will be served. Prior to the event an estimate/invoice is created & billed based on the rate for food/beverage and your estimated guest count (and of course the number of events!)
If you have chosen the DESIGN YOUR DAY package, you as the host of the function will be charged based on the total number of drinks consumed at each event (excluding staff, admin/gratuity and tax).
Prior to the event an estimate/invoice is created & billed. After the event, economic adjustments are made based on actual consumption tracked during the event.
PLEASE NOTE: All bar invoices are to be paid in advance of arrival on the farm. -
At the event drinks are paid for directly by guests (for the entirety or a certain portion of the evening) .
The host will pay for staff charges, gratuity and the admin fee.
Staff charges include setup, glassware handling/rental cleaning, service during the event & cleanup. -
Prices for beverages do include our house glassware. Wine glasses, beer glasses, water glasses as well as mismatched vintage cocktail glasses. If you wish to bring in your own rentals, our feelings won’t be hurt!
For events over 130, we do require that you bring in your own rentals. -
In 2025 we are moving to a flat fee per person pricing model.
Custom Selections:
Beer + Wine *2.5 hour event) $30/pp
Beer + Wine + Cocktails (5.5 hour event) $47/pp
We start with a flat fee per person based on the duration of the event and offering. We then add staff charges (which include rental handling, setup, service and cleanup), admin/gratuity and tax.
If you have chosen DESIGN YOUR DAY a customized plan with your specific choices will be drafted. You will be able to choose to work with a flat fee rate (regardless of consumption) or decide in advance that you would like to work on a consumption bar. -
Tops’l has a lovely interior bar setup on our barn porch as part of the event fee in the barn.
If additional bars are required as part of the setup, (for example in a tent) this will result in additional event production fees and more staff to service the additional bars. -
Post-Dinner Coffee Service
Add a cozy touch to your event with our post-dinner coffee service, featuring locally roasted coffee from Kavka Coffee in Camden, Maine. It's the perfect way to end your meal with a warm, local flavor.
Service Details:
Setup Fee: $150 (includes rentals)
Per Cup Charge: $3 per cup (plus tax)We've found that if one guest requests coffee, it quickly becomes a popular request, making it tricky for us to accommodate last-minute. We ask that coffee service be planned at a minimum for half of the guest list attending.

If there is something you require that is not on our menu, we are happy to research if it is available via our current distributors. Not all items will be available. A corkage fee of $15/bottle will be applied for any bottle brought in outside of our menu and not ordered from us directly.
If you are looking for an option or two in the “no-fuss cocktail category” (think Gin & Tonics) with standard spirits we are happy to discuss & plan for $11 per serving.

50% payment is due 4 months prior to your event. Final payment 45 days prior to your event.
If you are offering hosted bar for a custom event/consumption bar, tracked beverages during the event/s will result in an economic reconciliation within 14 days post-event. -
We offer a lovely assortment of craft sodas, seltzers & sparkling things for $4 per serving.

We sometimes get asked about bringing in outside wine - we totally get it! We are happy to allow this with a corkage fee of $25/bottle. When you arrive on the farm just plan on bringing your wine to our Event Barn so we can add it to your event inventory, as well as get it to the proper temperature for your service. We will track bottle opened and return any unopened bottles to you at the end of the event.
